Full time Staff Couple

Summary:
Assist in the operation of the ministry in the position of Building and Grounds Staff and Guest Services Representative. To promote and maintain a safe, comfortable, and God-honoring environment for guests, volunteers, interns, and staff. Our goal is to serve our guests well and give them the best opportunity for the rest and restoration in Christ.

You are hired as a couple. The husband is expected to work an average of 40 hours/week; the wife, an average of 20 hours/week. You will be responsible for weekend duties on a rotation with the other staff. Staff housing will be provided. The full time staff couple is expected to raise their own support. They are to sense a call to this ministry and its mission seeing their work as a service to the Lord Jesus Christ and His people.

Job Title: Building and Grounds Staff

Position Summary:
The Building and Grounds Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair activities to ensure that buildings, grounds, and related facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe. This role involves a variety of tasks, including landscaping, minor repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep of the property. Our goal is to ensure all facilities and programs are of outstanding quality in order to serve our guests well and give them the best opportunity for the rest and restoration in Christ they seek.

Position Summary:
The Guest Services Representative will provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests. Promote and maintain a safe, comfortable, and God-honoring environment for guests, interns, and staff. Our goal is to ensure all facilities and programs are of outstanding quality in order to serve our guests well and give them the best opportunity for the rest and restoration in Christ they seek.
